I partner with founders, solopreneurs and teams to help them solve their creative challenges: Like developing a strategy and year-long experience for launching Mattia’s community of practice people-centred journalists, or designing, facilitating and reporting youth participation workshops for UNICEF’s Adolescent Development and Participation team.

I have 15 years of experience in co-creating and building impactful experiences, products, and services for private and non-profit organisations in education, technology, journalism, art, fashion, finance, real estate and community.

Human-centred design, multidisciplinary collaboration, and facilitation are at the core of my practice. I am an advocate of participatory design and co-creating with individuals, teams, and communities.
